So it's been 5 years since a new journal entry, huh?

Honestly, I thought about relaunching my deviantart and I will probably create a new one for mostly original work; but I didn't want to give up my old one. I've got more fanart and though I'm a little embarrassed how much hetalia took over (still love it, just neglected other series) I just couldn't throw away this old page!

So I'm sorry about the hiatus but I will be posting new art and hopefully on a regular basis! Much love!

Heeey. It's been quite awhile since I've done a journal and about six months since I last had internet; I still don't have a scanner, but I'm going to do what I did last time and upload some new art using cameras while that's all I have. I miss getting to nerd out on DA, being broke and off the wire is no fun at all! I really hated not getting to share my pretty pictures and I am so grateful to see people still fav my stuff even though I have been gone for awhile! :bademoticon:  So I plan on showing off a few new things, and want to branch out a little bit, too. I'm still going to keep my classic inspirations, such as Sailor Moon, DBZ, Sonic, Inuyasha and more recently Hetalia; but I want to show off some new original characters of mine as well as work on some cool new series I've watched a bit, like Puella Magi, Fairy Tail and Afro Samurai. I've also managed to play Injustice recently, and I am kind of in the mood to draw DC and Marvel, which I haven't done in awhile! Anyways, great to be back, minna! 

 

Hey Guys! Bet you thought you'd never see me again. And I am sorry, I did not come bearing gifts. I am going to make this short by letting you guys know what I've been doing and where I am at with requests. Well, right now I have a sketched Malta OC sitting in one of my sketchbooks. Not inked, not colored. I also know I need to do a couple of Africa OCs that I need to check on. I am sorry, but maybe if I tell you where and what I've been doing, peeps won't be so upset...

Well, the month started off with a struggle to get my Financial Aid for school taken care of and that took a few weeks. Now I am in classes and honestly, not being great at Geology or Biology, that is very time consuming. I am actually taking a study break and have about 50 more pages to take notes on and read for Biology, and have about 50 for Geology and probably 100 for Poly Sci (which I love, so that should be easier.) I just have to get As, for scholarship reasons, so it takes a lot of effort to pretend drawing hetalia ocs is more important. I am sorry, I am doing them. I will also still take free requests, but the whole situation is somewhat overwhelming so I will turn them out at a much slower rate. Please remind me if you have a request I agreed to that I am missing. I still want to do them.

I also volunteer for a couple of political organizations (what? a hetalia fan is into politics?) and that also takes time.

Another important factor in why I have been gone so long, and I feel like an ass exploiting this but it is very true, is that a family friend died recently. She was struggling with cancer and she isn't struggling any more. But I have spent time at a funeral and waiting by the phone for updates the past (passed? never sure) few weeks. It was just more important. So please forgive me, but I can't really say I'm sorry.

Once again, please remind me if I have to do art for ya that I agreed to and still please make requests, but with the knowledge that I am very busy with school right now. My first priority is getting the Malta OC done as quickly as possible. I am also running out of flesh tones in my markers so I am waiting to get my financial aid return to buy a few more colors. 1) Have you read a five/ten fic before?
Well, I don't think so. I've read fics where Japan and Russia are fighting over America, but they generally seem to dislike each other, haha.

2) Do you think three is hot? How hot?
France? Hahaha, I guess you'd have to, he's FRANCE! But, yeah, he is actually very cute!

3) What would happen if six got one pregnant?
Spain gets America preggers? O.O It would be the hottest Latin baby ever.

4) Do you recall any good fics about nine?
Um, he's usually a doctor on a pirate ship or something. I guess I read this one good China x America one, but China was kind of an asshole.

5) Would seven and two make a good couple?
Prussia and Canada? Some people think so, but I think Prussia would scare the shit out of Canada. But I think there is a new Prussia in Canada, so maybe Canada could make Prussia settle down. Plus we all know Canada has a hidden hardass in him!

6) Four/eight or four/nine?
UK/Hungary or UK/China...hmm, never really thought of it. I guess I'd like China x UK more, for the Opiate Wars.

7) What would happen if seven discovered three and eight in a secret relationship?
Oh, god, Prussia discovers Hungary and France?! He would be heart broken, of course! I don't think Hungary likes France, though.

8) Make a summary of at least twenty words for a two/six fic.
Canada and Spain? Um, I guess I would have it start with Cuba and Canada hanging out and Cuba telling Canada all about the Spanish American War. Canada finds out America and Cuba used to be friends and gets mad, so he goes to find Spain and top him. This has a twofold effect of pissing off Cuba and proving that Canada is just as good as America. Uh...I dunno. Or Spain finds chibi Canada and goes pedo. Creepy.

9). Is there such a thing as a four/ten romantic fluff story?
UK/Russia? Pfffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffft. I bet there could be. But I wouldn't know how to do it. I'd imagine it more as sadistic blows.

10) Suggest a title for a one/five Hurt/Comfort fic.
America/Japan....jeez, call it Pearl Harbor or Nagasaki and you have one sick fic.

11. What kind of plot would you use for a three/eleven fic?
France and Finland? I would imagine it would have to do with Santa drinking wine

12. Does anyone on your friends list read number seven het? What about nine slash?
Not sure what het and slash are, but I bet I have.

13. If you wrote a songfic about number nine, what song would you choose?
China? I think Aiyaa, Four Thousand Years would make a good China x Japan songfic.

14. If you wrote a two/three/six fic, what would the warning be?
Canada, France and Spain. Probably warnine, Canada is raped repeatedly.

15. What pick-up line might eight use on five?
Hungary to Japan: How would you like to be with a real man?

16. Challenge: Write a drabblefic for ten/eight.
Hungary and Finland? They would have to drink.

Prussia walks in on Canada and Germany having sex?! He would join in, of course!

Hehe, UK deflower America? Oh, the ways, the ways. Have it be the Boston Massacre or the War of 1812 is the real question. Seme England is my favorite type of England and UKxUS is my favorite.

I'm still not sure what het is, but if France is involved...

Okay....America and China are in a happy relationship until China runs off with UK (OH, POOR AMERICA). America, broken-hearted, has a hot one-night stand with Finland (O.O) and a brief, unhappy affair with Germany (I'll bet!), then follows the wise advice of Japan and falls in love with Canada (aw, I love AmericaxCanada). I would call it "FUCK YEAH, CANADA; FUCK CHINA AND ENGLAND, JAPAN'S ADVICE ROCKS!!"
